Apart from that, the handset is reportedly coming with a higher-capacity battery, even more capable than what the majority of the flagship phones offer at the moment.

Asus ROG Phone 8 Ultimate: Performance
Regarding the performance, it is no surprise that the next Ultimate Asus ROG phone will run on a Snapdragon 8 series processor as all of its predecessors, except for the D version, make use of the Snapdragon 8 series chipsets.

The upcoming Asus ROG Phone 8 Ultimate will carry a 4nm-based Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with eight cores paired with Adreno 750 GPU.

So far we have not come across a source speaking about the possibility of having a beefy 24GB RAM on this device, so we expect the maximum RAM on the device to be 16GB or 18GB.
Additionally, the Asus ROG Phone 8 Ultimate is expected to come preloaded with Android 14-based ROG UI.
