
Apple Unveils M2 iPad Pro 11 and 12.9 Tablets
Yesterday, Apple took the wrap off of its latest highest-end tablet, M2 iPad Pro. As it has been with the previous iPad Pro models, the 2022 iPad Pro comes with tons of premium features.

And as it has been a tradition for Apple to introduce two versions (based on their sizes) of iPad Pro tablet in the past years, this year, as well, two versions of the iPad Pro were launched: an 11-inch model and a 12.9-inch model.

The 2022 iPad Pro 11 comes in two configurations, WiFi and WiFi+Cellular. The WiFi version weighs 1.03 pounds (466 grams) while the WiFi+Cellular weighs 1.04 pounds (470 grams). The iPad Pro 11 is thinner than its sibling; It is about 5.9mm thin.

The new iPad Pro 11 makes use of the second-generation M-series chipset, M2, which powers the new Macbook Air and entry-level MacBook Pro.
The Apple M2 chipset is paired with a 10-core GPU and 16-core Neural Engine. This processor also powers the other iPad Pro,iPad Pro 12.9, making a list of four devices that uses this processor. This slate sports 8GB or 16GB RAM and up to 2TB of internal storage, but the 16GB RAM is only available for the models with 1TB or 2TB storage.

In terms of camera specifications, the rear camera system is made up of a 12MP wide camera joined by a 10mp ultra-wide camera. The handset supports up to 4K video recording at 24 fps, 25 fps, 30 fps, or 60 fps via the rear camera. 2x optical zoom and 5x digital zoom support have also been confirmed. The front-facing camera is a 12MP ultra-wide camera, with a 122° field of view that is capable of 1080p HD video recording at 25 fps, 30 fps, or 60 fps.

The iPad Pro 11 comes preloaded with the latest version of iPadOS, iPadOS 16.
As far as connectivity is concerned, the tablet supports Bluetooth 5.3 technology and WiFi6E.The WiFi+Cellular model supports 5G connectivity as well.
The new iPad Pro 11 comes equipped with a quad-speaker setup and five studio-quality microphones for calls, video recording, and audio recording.
The 2022 iPad Pro 11 comes with six sensors: Face ID, LiDAR Scanner, Three-axis gyro, Accelerometer, Barometer, and Ambient light sensor. The M2 iPad Pro 11 features a built-in 28.65-watt-hour rechargeable lithium-polymer battery which promises up to 10 hours of surfing the web on Wi-Fi or Up to 9 hours using a cellular data network.
The WiFi version of the 2022 iPad Pro 12.9 start at $799, while the WiFi+Cellular starts at $999 for the 128GB model.

The big-sized iPad Pro almost offers the same thing its sibling does, except in some areas. The M2 iPad Pro 12.9 flaunts a 12.9″ IPS mini-LED display with 2732 x 2048p resolution and a pixel density of 264ppi.
The screen’s peak brightness can reach up to 1600nits when consuming HDR content. This slate is 6.4mm thick.

Also, the M2 iPad Pro 12.9 uses a built-in 40.88-watt-hour rechargeable lithium-polymer battery.
The US Pricing for the WiFi version of the 2022 iPad Pro 12.9 is as follows: The 128GB WiFi version of the M2 iPad Pro 12.9 costs $1099 while the WiFi+Cellular will run you $1299.
As revealed by the company, the package of each of these tablets will include the tablet itself, 20W USB-C Power Adapters and USB-C Charge Cable (1 meter).
